Lost inventory (June 2021)

I had 3 x boxes delivered on 28th April 2021 with 200 units in, they have all vanished and cannot be found. I have sent an invoice from my supplier which is in excel format which has been refused. I have requested a pdf format from my supplier and really hope they can deliver. In the meantime Amazon have offered £350 for my inventory which cost me £1250. I have refused this amount but they have sent it anyway.I’m so annoyed, I can’t afford to replace the inventory and cannot afford to lose that much money, can anyone offer some advice please?

Answer: I had a similar problem on a smaller basis and all I can say is that I hope you have better luck than me. The financial offer was similar in proportion to yours and I just had to accept it.
