Can anyone doing FBM advise? I just received an email saying that my option to provide premium shipping has been removed. My order defect rate is only 0.26% could this really be the reason?
Answer: In seller central, select Performance->Account Health, then select “Eligibilities” along the top. That will give you the reason. 3 metrics used… On-Time Delivery Rate, Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate, Valid Tracking Usage Rate
