Refused by German customs for non compliant

I’m sending parcel for nearly over a year using Royal Mail OBA from UK to Germany

i have everything properly setup in OBA account with VAT NUMBER , IOSS & EORI INCLUDING Hs Code

Recently a lot of my package are being refused by German customs for non compliant

Can someone please help me to find out what is going on ?

Not 100% sure, but maybe LUCID number?
